NanoHand is divided into 4 subprojects (SPs) with a hierarchical dependence among SP1 to SP3.
SP4 deals with the project management and monitors the progress of the whole project. Each of the SPs has its determined objectives, each of which are necessary to reach first the goals of the SP and second to support the other SPs in an optimal way.
Main results of the project will be the demonstrators developed in SP2. SP1, based on the results of the ROBOSEM project, will develop the basic hardware, software and strategies. SP2 will then develop the demonstrators in the fields of SPM supertips and applications in nanoelectronics, and SP3 will disseminate and exploit these results to a broad community, thus to benefit society, and accomplish training activities. SP4 will underpin these broadband activities by an effective project management including an effective communication platform to benefit all scientists involved.
